Case Study - Churchill Training.

Award winning in the Technology Innovation category at the 2023 prestigious IWFM impact awards

The Idea.

Key to the Churchill organisation is the fact that people come first.

Churchill Approached us as their forward thinking management team recognised improvements through innovation to staff training needed to be and could be made. Not everyone learns through reading or retains information through reading.

In simple terms the objective was to replace the training folders with something more engaging and memorable.

  The Creation.

We gathered the Churchill team and numerous external stakeholders and took them through the good, bad and ugly of VR technologies. This was a full working day at the end of which we had a project outline, an internal project team and timescale in which to deliver.

By engaging with the Churchill team weekly throughout the project ideas could be trailed and solutions agreed on that enhanced their messaging through the VR training application.

External members were recruited into the project both from the actual intended user base and external customers. It was only when all stakeholders were in agreement that the project satisfied the client need was it rolled out across the organisation.

The Result.

500 people trained

Plans to integrate into the wider HR solutions

Awards won at the IWFM Impact Awards

Invaluable insights into how users interact with VR

Future projects with clients in the future
